An “Opportunity” for Policy Recycling? A Critical Analysis of the Canadian Poverty Reduction Strategy

In this article, we critically explore the Canadian Poverty Reduction Strategy (PRS) with attention to whether, and how, elements of the strategy reflect indicators of policy recycling.
