Focal Plane Intensity-Based Adaptive Optics with Low-Resolution Image Acquisition

An adaptive optics method is proposed and numerically evaluated based on sequential optimization of focal plane pixel phase values using a single-point coupled power measurement, starting from a low-resolution focal plane image.
