Abstract
The cellulolytic insect symbiont bacterium Streptomyces sp. strain SirexAA-E secretes a suite of carbohydrate-active enzymes (CAZymes), which are involved in the degradation of various polysaccharides in the plant cell wall, in response to the available carbon sources.
