Kidney Volume and Risk of Incident Kidney Outcomes
Abstract
Key Points Low kidney volume was a risk factor of incident CKD. A nonlinear relationship existed whereby individuals in the bottom tenth percentile of kidney volume exhibited exaggerated risk of CKD and albuminuria.
