TAMI-03. IDENTIFICATION OF NOVEL DRIVERS OF LUNG-TO-BRAIN METASTASIS THROUGH IN VIVO FUNCTIONAL GENOMICS
Abstract
Abstract Brain metastasis, the most common tumor of the central nervous system, occurs in 20-36% of primary cancers. In particular, 40% of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) develop brain metastases, with a dismal survival of approximately 4-11 weeks without treatment, and 16 months with treatment.
