Metal‐polymer “superglue” for dirty polymer surfaces
Abstract
Abstract Current methods of bonding metals to polymeric surfaces involve chemical reactions between atomically clean surfaces (S. Paul, Surface Coatings, Wiley, New York 1985). We propose a novel method of attaching metals to polymeric surfaces which does not require chemical bonding and is designed to be effective for polymeric surfaces which are not clean.
