Modifications to the mcmaster wet-only rain collector

Three modifications to the design of the McMaster wet-only collector lid mechanism are presented. Suggested is the addition of a plastic skirt around the collector's lid, the use of polyvinyl alcohol paper and the installation of a clock system.
