Studies of Star Forming Regions in M33

Abstract

Molecular clouds similar to Galactic Giant Molecular Clouds have been detected in six of seven fields mapped with the Owens Valley interferometer. Comparison of single dish CO data with B and V photometry is used to study the star formation efficiencies in gas-rich and gas-poor regions.
