Microcirculation assessment with angiography alone is a reality
Abstract
Key Points Invasive methods for assessing microcirculation are inconvenient and therefore not performed in usual practice despite being prognostic for most patients. Assessment of microcirculation using angiography alone has a good diagnostic performance compared to invasive approaches. Non‐invasive diagnosis of microvascular dysfunction enhances the ability of its measurement in daily practice.
