Three Primary-Colored WOLED Using MADN as Host Material

Abstract

White organic light emitting diodes (WOLEDs) with three primary colors using MADN as host material were fabricated. CIExy coordinate, current density, luminescence, luminous efficiency and power efficiency of fabricated WOLED were (0.32, 0.33) at 6 V, 688.87 mA/cm2 at 9 V, 18390 cd/m2 at 9 V, 3.20 cd/A at 9 V and 2.42 lm/W at 9 V, respectively. The first emission layer has a highest intensity than the second emission layer and the third emission layer. It implies that the intensity of luminescence is influenced by the order of emissive layers with host-dopant system in three primary-colored white OLEDs.
