Method for removing the uncertainty of producing enzyme by microorganism

Abstract

Because of the complexity and uncertainty of producing enzyme, it's difficult to find the optimum condition for microorganism to produce enzyme only through experiments. This paper applied relational analysis to the process of enzyme production from white-rot fungi, and calculated the incidence degree for the four factors influencing enzyme production. The results showed that the incidence degree of water content with enzyme (lignin peroxidase, manganese peroxidase) production reached the highest level, which was 0.8310 and 0.7479 respectively. This proved that water content was the most significant factor influencing enzyme produced by white-rot fungi. In addition, it was found that GM (1, 1) model could be set up to forecast daily production of enzyme, which has offered a method for designing experiments to seek the conditions of producing enzyme.
