A ratiometric fluorescence halide sensor based on covalently immobilization of quinine and benzothioxanthene

Abstract

A new fluorescence chemical sensor for the determination of Cl−, Br− and I− has been successfully demonstrated. The membrane contains two fluorophores that display two largely different response spectra.
