Dy–Co–Si system at 870/1070 K
Abstract
X-ray phase analysis and microprobe analysis were employed in constructing the isothermal section of the Dy–Co–Si system at 870/1070 K. The isothermal section contains the known BaCd11-type DyCo8.5Si2.5, LaCo9Si4-type DyCo9Si4, CeGa2Al2-type DyCo2Si2, Lu2Co3Si5-type Dy2Co3Si5, TiNiSi-type DyCoSi, Hf3Ni2Si3-type Dy3Co2Si3, Sc2CoSi2-type Dy2CoSi2, CeNiSi2-type DyCo1…0.75Si2, Dy3Co2.2Si1.8-type Dy3Co2.2Si1.8 and new CeCo3B2-type DyCo3Si2, …
