Abstract
Evans syndrome (ES) describes an immune dysregulation syndrome manifesting as multilineage autoimmune cytopenias, most often autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) and immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), but also autoimmune neutropenia (AIN) in some cases.
