Perceived Participation in Decision-Making in a University Setting: The Impact of Gender
Abstract
This analysis of responses to a 1988 survey of full-time faculty at a medium-sized university in central Canada indicates that women were less likely than men to perceive themselves as participating in university decision-making, even with controls for other relevant variables.
