Total urogenital sinus mobilization in the repair of ambiguous genitalia in children with congenital adrenal hyperplasia

Abstract

The surgical approach to patients with congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) has been a challenge and it is still controversial. The aim of this study was to review 10 children with 46,XX CAH who underwent one-stage total urogenital sinus mobilization (TUM).
