The role of surgery in refractory epilepsy secondary to polymicrogyria in the pediatric population
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: Polymicrogyria (PMG) is a common malformation of cortical development. Many patients with PMG will have medically refractory epilepsy but the role of epilepsy surgery is unclear.
