Improved complex mode matching method for optical waveguides analysis
Abstract
We present an improved eigen-mode matching method without using mode orthogonality and normalization. Coupling between silicon-on-insulator waveguides and an antiguided structure has been utilized to show the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method. © 2014 OSA.
