Abstract

OBJECTIVES: Assess the potential benefits of identifying drug-gene interactions in nursing home (NH) residents on multiple medications. Reduce the use of high-risk medications for residents with reduced drug metabolism. DESIGN: Open-label, nonrandomized, mixed methods study.
