Abstract
INTRODUCTION: The syndrome of stroke-like migraine attacks after radiation therapy (SMART) is an extremely rare complication of cerebral irradiation. It is characterized by reversible episodic neurological dysfunction, commonly associated with headaches and occasionally with seizures, occurring years after cranial radiotherapy.
