Intra-cavity all-optical wavelength conversions based on LiNbO3 QPM waveguides

An intra-cavity scheme containing a quasiphase-matched (QPM) LiNbO 3 waveguide as a wavelength converter and an erbium doped fiber amplifiers (EDFA) as a pump source was discussed. It was found that an MgO doped LiNbO3 quasiphase-matched (QPM) waveguide was put inside the fiber ring resonator.
