Comparative Evaluation of Power Converters for 6/4 and 6/10 Switched Reluctance Machines
Abstract
Switched reluctance machine (SRM) emerges as a promising solution in automotive applications due to its rugged structure and wide extended constant power speed range. Compared to 6/4 SRM, 6/10 SRM has a higher static torque capability with lower torque ripples.
