2-D CMOS Based Image Sensor System for Fluorescent Detection
Abstract
In this project, we have been investigating methods to enhance the quality of CMOS-based image sensors for fluorescent detection of DNA Microarrays. For this purpose, different types of photodiodes and phototransistors were designed in two different technologies, standard CMOS 0.35µm and 0.18µm technologies.
