Carving Plasmon Modes in Silver Sierpiński Fractals

Abstract

The surface plasmon resonance (SPR) modes of the first three generations of a Sierpiński fractal triangle are investigated using electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS) complemented with finite difference time domain simulations.
