A case of epidermoid cyst of the spleen in a 7-yr-old girl is presented. The cyst was surgically removed with preservation and repair of the uninvolved lower pole of the spleen. After 5 yr the child remains asymptomatic and her splenic scan is indistinguishable from normal.
