The Novel Organic Photovoltaic Cell Using Inter-layer for Hole-electron Separation
Abstract
We investigated organic photovoitaic (OPV) cells using holeelectron separation interlayer for improving conversion efficiency. The novel structure of OPV cell was composed of ITO / PEDOT:PSS / DPASN / P3HT:PC71BM / Liq / AI. OPV device inserting DP ASN has 2.28% of energy conversion efficiency higher than 1.99% of conventional OPV cell.
