Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To determine the effects of multi-ingredient protein (MIP) supplements on resistance exercise training (RT)-induced gains in muscle mass and strength compared with protein-only (PRO) or placebo supplementation. DATA SOURCES: Systematic search of MEDLINE, Embase, CINAHL and SPORTDiscus.
