Lifelong aerobic exercise protects against inflammaging and cancer
Abstract
Biological aging is associated with progressive damage accumulation, loss of organ reserves, and systemic inflammation ('inflammaging'), which predispose for a wide spectrum of chronic diseases, including several types of cancer.
