High-efficiency quantum-dot light-emitting devices with enhanced charge injection

Abstract

We report a colour-saturated, red quantum-dot light-emitting device (QLED) using an inverted organic–inorganic hybrid device structure and colloidal CdSe–CdS (core–shell) quantum-dot emitters.
