Rehabilitation interventions and outcomes: A framework for a rehabilitation service provider database to support a rehabilitation health decision support system

There is increasing pressure on the health care system to be more efficient and effective. The implications of changing health care programs and services are costly and can affect many people. Therefore, it is important to have information, such as from a health decision support system, to assist in managing these programs and services efficiently and effectively. This paper suggests a framework for developing a rehabilitation health decision support systems (RHDSS) which will enable service provider to co-ordinate rehabilitation programs and services.
