- We present a comprehensive study of the spin dynamics in La_2-xSr_xCuO4 by measuring the ^63Cu nuclear spin-lattice relaxation rate ^631/T1 using Nuclear Quadrupole Resonance (NQR). We study the ^631/T1 temperature dependence over a wide range of hole concentration, and discuss possible connections with the stripe instability.
