Genome skimming by shotgun sequencing helps resolve the phylogeny of a pantropical tree family
Abstract
Whole genome sequencing is helping generate robust phylogenetic hypotheses for a range of taxonomic groups that were previously recalcitrant to classical molecular phylogenetic approaches.
