BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to compare the Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM) and the Peabody Developmental Gross Motor Scale (PDMS-GM) as measures of change in infants with cerebr-al palsy (CP) and infants with motor delays.
