Transitioning patients with hypospadias and other penile abnormalities to adulthood: What to expect?

Hypospadias patients presenting to adult urologists do so with a wide range of symptoms and problems, including urethral stricture (45-72%), lower urinary tract symptoms (with or without stricture) (50-82%), urethrocutaneous fistula (16-30%), persisting hypospadias (14-43%), micturition spraying (24%), ventral curvature (14-24%), urinary tract infection (15-25%), or lichen sclerosus (13%; range 8-43).
