Theoretical conformational analysis of methylamide of N-acetyl-L-lysine.
Abstract
The spatial structure of the methylamide of N-acetyl-L-lysine has been analysed taking into account non-bonded and electrostatic interactions, torsional energy, bond angles distortion and hydrogen bonding.
