Structural and optical analysis of GaAsP/GaP core-shell nanowires
Abstract
The structural and optical properties of GaAsP/GaP core-shell nanowires grown by gas source molecular beam epitaxy were investigated by transmission electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, photoluminescence (PL), and magneto-PL.
