Sensitivity-based imaging with near-zone microwave raster scanning

Abstract

A real-time imaging algorithm is presented which operates on data acquired with a microwave raster scanning system. The algorithm performance is studied through analytical forward models in order to establish its intrinsic limitations in terms of sensitivity and resolution, without the corrupting influence of noise.
