Homelessness and aging: The contradictory ordering of ‘house’ and ‘home’
Abstract
The concepts of 'house' and 'home' are compelling and contradictory. They are compelling because they elicit the desired sentiments of permanence, feeling 'at home', and maintaining continuity in one's life.
