Transient photoresponse measurements in x-phase of metal-free phthalocyanine photovoltaic cells

Transient response of In/x phase of metal-free phthalocyanine Schottky barrier photovoltaic cells as a function of the applied reverse bias has been investigated under pulse and step illumination conditions.
