Studies on tuber and root starches. I. Structure and physicochemical properties of innala (Solenostemon rotundifolius) starches grown in Sri Lanka

Starches from two cultivars (Bola and Dik) of innala tubers (Solenostemon rotundifolius) grown in the same location and under identical environmental conditions in Sri Lanka was isolated and some of the characteristics determined.
