High throughput multilayer microfluidic particle separation platform using embedded thermoplastic-based micropumping
Abstract
We present an integrated thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) based multilayer microfluidic device with an embedded peristaltic micropump and through-holes membrane for high throughput particle sorting and separation.
