TRACTABLE APPROACHES TO FAIR QOS BROADCAST PRECODING UNDER CHANNEL UNCERTAINTY
Abstract
We consider the design of linear precoders for broadcast channels with Quality of Service (QoS) constraints for each user, in scenarios with uncertain channel state information at the transmitter.
