Low-Loss Perovskite Niobates Ba(M1/3 2 + Nb2/3)O3: Composition, Structure, and Microwave Dielectric Properties
Abstract
A slight deviation from the compositional stoichiometry in both A-site and B-site deficient perovskites Ba(M 1/3 2 + Nb 2/3 )O 3 (M – Co, Zn, Mg) was found to promote cation ordering processes in studied materials. The highest magnitudes of the Qxf product have been obtained in the non-stoichiometric BCN (Qxf = 90 000 GHz), and BMN (Qxf = 150 000–200 000 GHz).
