Kai Lesage

Dr. Lesage is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University. She earned a PhD from Grenoble Ecole de Management, France, and a Doctorat en Sciences de Gestion from Univerité Savoie Mont Blanc, France. She also has an MBA and a BBA in Information Systems from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Dr. Lesage's research interests lie at the intersection of marketing, sustainability, and innovation. Her research investigates how firms and stakeholders navigate green innovation and sustainability decisions. Driven by a commitment to advancing environmental protection, improving business practices, and promoting societal well-being, Dr. Lesage aims to provide actionable insights for marketers, policymakers, and consumers. Dr. Lesage brings a wealth of industry experience to her research. She has over a decade of leadership experience in marketing management in consumer packaged goods and food industries. In her previous roles, she spearheaded innovation programs, led sustainable product initiatives, and managed global commercialization with profit-and-loss responsibilities.
