Pratheepa Jeganathan
Assistant Professor, Mathematics and Statistics

Dr. Pratheepa Jeganathan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at McMaster University. Her research group addresses challenges in multi-view learning, particularly in modeling dependencies across heterogeneous data sources. The group develops methods motivated by applications in molecular microbiology, spatial omics, sensor-based traffic data, and loss reserving. Their methodological work spans generative models, Bayesian sampling techniques, constrained clustering, spatio-temporal statistics, and approximation theory, with additional focus on the theory of statistical dependence within these frameworks.
