McMaster Racialized Family Physician Mentorship Network Grant

abstract

• The CFPC Racialized Community Leadership Grant will fund a pilot study of the collection of this baseline data and assess the interest of matriculating racialized family medicine residents in enrolling in a mentorship program. As no routine data on the racial and ethnic make-up of family medicine residents is collected at this institution, this pilot study will also allow the DARe Group to assess the size of the racialized resident population.
