Dr. Enas El Gouhary is an Associate Professor in the Division of Neonatology in the Department of Pediatrics and a national leader in clinician well-being.
She is the Inaugural Well-being Director for McMaster's Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS), leading the Faculty’s Well-being Collaborative, Community of Practice for FHS Well-being Leads. She represents McMaster University on the Association of Faculties of Medicine Wellness Committee. Additionally, she co-chairs the Mentorship and Well-being Committee in the Department of Pediatrics and has led the design and implementation of multiple initiatives. She completed wellness leadership training at Stanford University and is recognized for educational excellence.
