Dr. Vitaliano Di Grazia completed his residency training in Anesthesiology, Intensive Care, and Pain Medicine at Policlinico Agostino Gemelli in Rome, Italy. He further specialized through a fellowship in Interventional Chronic Pain Management at Toronto Western Hospital and then pursued fellowships in Regional Anesthesia and Quality Improvement and Patient Safety at Mount Sinai Hospital at the University of Toronto.
His clinical and academic pursuits are primarily focused on regional anesthesia and chronic pain management.
He is especially interested in quality improvement initiatives within anesthesia and chronic pain practices.
Looking ahead, his aim is to continue enhancing patient care through pain management techniques and multimodal approaches to care.
In addition, he is dedicated to medical education and to fostering a sense of community, ensuring the wellness of my colleagues and learners.
His commitment extends to cultivating supportive and inclusive work, a culture of mutual support, and continual growth in our department.
