With over 20 years of experience in executive support and office management, I’ve built a career on delivering seamless operations, proactive leadership, and high-performance administrative support in complex, fast-paced environments. Most recently, I’ve supported senior leadership at McMaster University, where I manage the day-to-day operations of the Office of the Vice-Provost, Teaching & Learning.

One of my greatest strengths is creating highly productive and organized workplaces. I take pride in streamlining systems, managing cross-functional coordination, and building strong, respectful relationships with colleagues, leaders, and external partners.
