A DNAzyme Feedback Amplification Strategy for Biosensing
Abstract
We report a signal amplification strategy termed DNAzyme feedback amplification (DFA) that takes advantage of rolling-circle amplification (RCA) and an RNA-cleaving DNAzyme (RCD).
